When we're stressed, our heads tend to get really loud.

They can put us in fight, flight, figure it out and disconnect us from our intuition and from our Divine Helpers.

When we work to nurture the connection with our Spirit and turn this over to something bigger than ourselves, we can help to quiet our minds and relieve our stress.
