Spirituality can be so heady- we forget to connect to our inner child and our inner genius and play.

Most of my clients have lost sense with their sense of play. In our culture, it is not something that we nurture it see as valid.

In our capitalistic society, we have learned to value productivity and play is seen as frivolous. But, its essential to connecting to our happiness, our sense of purpose, our inner genius, play brings joy - it sparks our creativity, improves our relationships, and quality of life.
